1. Member Eligibility & Age Requirements

Kiss Ori is an online entertainment platform that operates legally and responsibly. We have strict membership eligibility policies to ensure the platform is used only by qualifying individuals.

6.2 Responsible Gambling

7. Account Termination & Suspension

Kiss Ori reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member for the following reasons:

• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents
• Self-suspension request by a member
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

In the event of termination due to a violation, Kiss Ori reserves the right to hold any remaining account balance pending the outcome of the investigation. If no violation is established, the balance will be returned to the member within 14 business days.

7.1 Account Closure by Member

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus rollover requirements will be forfeited and any eligible balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

8. Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Kiss Ori provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability. That said, we are committed to maintaining a platform uptime of over 99.5% each month.
